How do I purchase?

For a quick and easy gift, visit our ready-to-go hampers here. You’ll be able to choose the gift, then simply add to cart and check out. If you'd like to add a name or a design to the box, message us anytime to arrange.

If you need a mix of things that you can’t find in our ready-to-go section, you can build-your own hamper here. With this option, you can choose your box colour, box design and then add all the products you would like to include, then add to cart and checkout.

If you aren’t sure what to get for that hard to buy for person, need help sourcing products, would like a custom artwork design or something different, we offer a custom option too. Simply click here and fill out the details and we will be in touch to assist.

I just want to buy a few products for myself – I don’t need a gift box. Is that possible?

Yes! Visit our Luxe General store section here, where you can buy almost everything individually. So, if you’ve received one of our hampers and are now hopelessly addicted to our chocolate, would love some more savoury snacks for a party you’re having or just want to try a few things, you can! These items will come securely packaged but will not come with a hamper box.

Can I buy a gift box on its own?

Due to the size of the box, we don’t currently offer these for sale. If you are local to the Gold Coast and can pick up, or are willing to pay for postage, contact us to enquire.

Can I pick up my gift box or general store order?

Yes! We are located at Benowa on the Gold Coast – please email or message us to arrange a collection time.

What delivery options are available?

Local region 1 Gold Coast delivery is available for any order for $10 flat rate for up to five boxes to one delivery location, and region two – Brisbane and northern NSW (within 100km of Benowa) for $20 flat rate for up to five boxes to one delivery location. For bulk orders, or orders to multiple addresses, email us for a discounted rate. Individual products All other states and territories as follows:

Under $100 order value (small box/ package of individual items) - $10 delivery

Between $101-$150 (Large box of individual items) - $20 delivery

Gift boxes - $20 delivery per box Australia-wide. If you are ordering 3 or more boxes, please email us for a discounted rate.

How long will it take for my order to be produced?

For ready to go and build your own Hampers, allow up to 48 hours for production for up to 5 boxes. For custom design orders or bulk orders, please enquire about production time with your request. Please note during peak times, orders may take slightly longer, however we will contact you to advise.

For general store orders, these are generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order date. If you have an urgent request or need a box delivered by a particular date, please message us and we will do our best to meet your deadlines.

Can I supply artwork or logos for the box design?

Yes you can, however we will need to review it prior to accepting your order to determine suitability. You can email this through to us on our contact form.

Generally for the fastest turnaround, we require logos in a svg format, png is also accepted, however may require extra time to modify. Please note that while we do have a large variety of vinyl and cardstock, we cannot always perfectly match to your preferred colours.

I want a design, vinyl or ribbon in a specific colour that isn’t listed as an option – is this possible?

Please contact us with further information on your requirements and we will advise if have stock to match your requirements.

We can create custom artwork designs too - just ask! It's one of our favourite things to do!

I want a large number of gift boxes for my clients, staff or friends/family. Are you able to do bulk orders?

We sure can! Please fill out our contact form with your requirements and we will come back with a proposal and options for your consideration.

I have products that I think would be great for your hampers/store. Can I send you some info?

We love hearing about new products, please send us info on who you are and what you do!

I live internationally. Can I place an order for delivery within Australia?

Yes! Although we only ship within Australia, so you can place an order from overseas, but we can only deliver within Australia.

When will my box be delivered?

We use a mix of Australia Post and premium couriers, depending on location and availability. Please note that during peak times such as Christmas, mother’s day and father’s day, deliveries are subject to the normal timeframes specified by these services. 

Regional Delivery Delays: Due to extensive flooding, there may be delivery delays to impacted areas across the country, particularly to areas in VIC, TAS and NSW. There may also be additional delays to WA, QLD and areas in Sydney. Please allow for additional time in transit when placing an order.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct address details and in the case of same-day deliveries ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. Redelivery fees may be applicable in some cases.

Are you able to do same day delivery?

We are unable to guarantee same-day delivery as purchase date, however please contact us and if we can facilitate this, we will let you know.

Do you deliver to hospitals or aged care facilities?

Yes. However, hospitals will often have their own delivery protocol. It can take additional time for delivery by the courier. We recommend only sending to a hospital if your recipient will be there for a few days, or allowing for additional time in transit. We also suggest calling the hospital beforehand to check they accept packages and for more information on the exact address to send it.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

On some occasions, yes we can, however this is ON REQUEST, only available for SE Queensland / Northern NSW deliveries and may attract a surcharge, depending on the day/time/location. Please contact us to enquire.

Do you cater to vegan or other dietary / allergy requirements?

At this stage, we do not cater to dietary requirements, however we will be planning some options in future!

My Box has chocolate in it – what happens if it’s really hot during shipping?

To ensure that your gifts arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, we may delay the shipment of boxes containing chocolate if the weather is extremely hot. You will be notified about this. We will package your box as securely as possible, including insulated wrap, however we cannot guarantee any items will not be affected by adverse weather conditions. If you are concerned, we may be able to substitute any chocolate or similar items for something of equivalent value. Contact us to arrange.

If your order is placed on a Friday, we may send products on the following Monday so that the products do not sit in a delivery depot over the weekend. South East QLD customers may choose the option of picking up their order from us by arrangement.

In any instance, if your order is being delayed, we will contact you on the phone number or email address provided.

My Order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We package your gifts as securely as possible, however if yours has arrived damaged in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send through detailed photos so we can assess damage. Once this has been investigated, we can arrange a replacement for you.

Do you accept returns?

If you or the recipient is unhappy with their gift in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will do everything we can to ensure you are! Please contact us to discuss.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, we are only able to make amendments if the order is not yet been created (box design and products packed). 

This includes any changes to delivery address, ordered items, box design, etc. We will always help where we can, so please contact us urgently if an error affecting delivery has been made.

I need a specific type of alcohol or snack for my gift box. Can you source other items?

We sure can! We can customise your gift to include the recipient's favourite things. Please send us a message or fill out our custom enquiry form and we can design something they'll absolutely love!
